How can I search for a biller?

You can search for a biller in two ways using the iMobile app:

  • Option 1: Type the biller name in the Universal Search Bar in the ‘Bill Pay’ section.
  • Option 2: Browse by category and select your biller from the listed options.

I am not able to view my biller. Why is this happening?

Your biller may not appear due to one of the following reasons:

  • The biller is not onboarded on Bharat Connect.
  • The biller was recently added to Bharat Connect but not yet updated at ICICI Bank’s end. Try again after a few days.
  • The biller is not integrated with ICICI Bank’s digital platforms.

 

What is the convenience fee charged for paying a bill?

No convenience fee is charged for bill payments or mobile/DTH recharges made through ICICI Bank platforms.

Can I check details of my previous bill payments?

Yes, you can view the bill payment history for the last 15 days under the ‘Bill Payments History’ tab.
Use filters like:

  • Biller name
  • Category
  • Specific date or date range

to find the required transaction.

How often does iMobile send reminders for payment of due bills?

You will receive SMS reminders at the following stages:

  • When the bill is generated
  • 7 days before the due date
  • 3 days before the due date
  • On the due date

Where can I check my registered billers?

Go to the ‘Bill Pay’ section and click on ‘View My Bills’ to see all your registered billers.

When will I know that a bill has been paid successfully?

Confirmation is provided via:

  • On-Screen Message: Final screen will show payment success/failure.
  • SMS Alert: Sent to your registered mobile number upon successful payment.
  • Immediate Reflection: Payment gets updated at the biller’s end instantly after success.
