• Download the DreamFolks app, log in using the membership ID provided in your Welcome Kit and use the QR code generated to access partner lounges. The detailed steps are mentioned below:
• Open the DreamFolks app
• Type your mobile number and click on ‘Send OTP’
• Enter the OTP and click on ‘Verify OTP’
• Enter your membership ID and PIN sent in your Welcome Kit and click on ‘Submit’
• Type your information and click on ‘Next’
• Click on ‘Browse’ for the required service
• Enter the airport name to view the list of lounges
• Select the lounge to view its details
• Click on ‘Member Access’ to proceed
• Select the Card you want to use or click on ‘Details’ to see the benefits
• Click on ‘Use This Card’ to proceed
• Show this QR Code to get access to the lounge

• Complimentary lounge access will be valid for a maximum of 1 year.
• The USD 99 annual membership fee for Dreamfolks is complimentary. You will need to pay for the lounge visit charges for visits over and above the 2 complimentary accesses

• Make the payment using your ICICI Bank Student Sapphiro Forex Prepaid Card when visiting any lounge overseas.

Note:

Once the 2 complimentary accesses are used, USD 27 will be levied for Dreamfolks members on each additional lounge access.

One month is defined as per Indian Standard Time (IST) from 00:00:00 hours of Day 1 to 23:59:59 hours of the last day of the month.

As per the Schedule of Charges, the fee for every withdrawal using an ICICI Bank Forex Prepaid Card varies depending on the currency. However, with the Student Sapphiro Card, the first 3 withdrawals every month are free of charge. Please note that extra charges may apply if the withdrawal is made from a merchant ATM.

Visit the ISIC website, enter your Card details to apply for the discount and complete the application to receive your International Student Identity Card.

The Uber voucher is valid for 12 months from Card activation. To redeem, add it to your Uber account under the ‘Gift Card’ section for ride credits. The steps are mentioned below:

• On the above page, click on ‘Checkout’. Enter your registered e-mail ID and mobile number
• In the ‘Enter ICICI Bank Voucher Code’ box, enter the voucher code mentioned in your Welcome Kit and click on ‘Apply’
• Place order to receive the voucher on your registered e-mail ID and mobile number
• Go to the payment section in the Uber app
• Tap ‘Add Payment Method’ and select ‘Gift Card’
• Enter the gift code
• Uber credits will be added to your account.

Eligible Cardholders can use their Card number to check the validity of this benefit

After logging in, eligible Cardholders can copy the unique code from the offer tile and click on the link to visit the e-SIM / SIM card vendor's platform

On the vendor's platform, eligible Cardholders have to select their preferred call plan details (as mentioned in the above table)

Eligible Cardholders will receive an e-mail with a link to complete the KYC process by uploading the necessary details (as mandated by relevant telecommunications authorities)

After KYC is completed, an option to select an e-SIM or a physical SIM card will be available in the drop-down menu on the SIM card vendor's platform

For an e-SIM, a QR code will be sent via e-mail to activate the e-SIM. A list of compatible phones will be available on the platform

For a physical SIM card, Cardholders must enter their delivery address and pay a delivery charge of  ₹ 100 for the vendor to ship the SIM card to the Cardholder's address. click here
