You can redeem your reward points either through Internet Banking or iMobile Pay

Through Internet Banking:

• Step 1: Login into Internet Banking


• Step 2: Go to Cards & Loans


• Step 3: Click on ICICI Bank Rewards


• Step 4: Click on Redeem

Through iMobile Pay app:

• Step 1: Login into iMobile Pay


• Step 2: Go to Cards & Forex


• Step 3: Select your card


• Step 4: Click on Redeem now

ICICI Bank Rewards program is the new platform launched by ICICI Bank in August 2022. Under this new program, a member can earn ICICI Bank reward points for all the purchases made on card and redeem points against a variety of products on the new ICICI Bank rewards platform. This program gives you an easier way to earn track and redeem your reward points.

ICICI Bank Reward points have an expiry of 3 yrs from the date of issuance.

Through Internet Banking:

• Step 1: Login into Internet Banking


• Step 2: Go to Cards & Loans


• Step 3: Click on ICICI Bank Rewards


• Points will be visible against the card number

Through iMobile Pay app:

• Step 1: Login into iMobile Pay


• Step 2: Go to Cards & Forex


• Step 3: Select your card

The e-voucher/ gift cards are delivered within a TAT of 30 minutes on your registered email address. The physical products are delivered to the shared communication address within a TAT of 15-20 working days.

Yes, you can enter the communication address manually while placing the redemption order through ICICI Bank Rewards Portal.

The product gets Returned to the origin and points are reversed within 7 working days.

Please note that rewards are not exchangeable, replaceable, transferable or refundable for cash or credit.

All the cards under ICICI Bank Rewards Program are eligible for redeeming points via Internet Banking or iMobile.

You earn ICICI Bank Rewards points against your spends on your ICICI Bank Credit Card. Simply use your eligible ICICI Bank Credit Card for your everyday purchases and watch your reward points add up.

Increase your points balance by giving Supplementary Credit Cards to you loved ones. All transactions made on the Supplementary Card add to your rewards tally. You can gift a supplementary card to 2 family members above 18 years of age at no additional fee.

The Points Summary displays the points available for redemption in your consolidated rewards account. The Card numbers for which the points are displayed are indicated next to the points.
