RBI DEAF Fund Refund Form notes
- As per RBI's Depositor Education Awareness Fund guidelines, unclaimed accounts with 10+ years of inactivity will be transferred to the RBI's Depositor Education and Awareness Fund Scheme, 2014 along with accrued interest.
- To claim your funds, please send the following documents to our Central Processing Unit:

- Step 1- Download Request form, to download click here DEAF Refund Form
- Step 2- Click here to download Primary Applicant ReKYC updation form and Click here to download Joint Application ReKYC updation Form in case of joint account
- Step 3- Enclose self-attested copies of Support documents as under:
- i) NRI Status Proof
- ii) Identity proof
- iii) Address proof (India / Overseas)
- iv) FATCA / CRS declaration If there is a change in current residing country, along with Re-KYC form and documents with respect to FATCA / CRS declaration is mandatory.
- v) PAN or Form 60, In case PAN not held currently / not applicable as annual income in India is nil or less than the threshold limit of Rs 4 lakhs then click here for Form 60
- Step 4- Send the form and support documents to ICICI Bank’s India address mentioned below:
