  • On attaining majority, Minor is required to visit any of the nearest branch and submit request for conversion or send the physical documents to ICICI Bank.

  • Step 2- Enclose self attested copies of Support documents as under:
    • i) NRI Status Proof
    • ii) Identity proof
    • iii) Address proof (India / Overseas)
    • iv) PAN/Form 60, In case PAN not held currently / not applicable as annual income in India is nil or less than the threshold limit of Rs 4 lakhs then click here for Form 60
  • Step 3- Send the form and support documents to ICICI Bank, India address mentioned below
