• Prior account closure initiation, make the account balance zero by transferring the funds through available channels or provide complete details of the “Repayment Account”.
• At time of account closure, closure proceeds can not be transferred to relatives or Third Party.
• If account has linked fixed deposit, please close the fixed deposit through our digital channels.
• To process your account closure request, please submit the complete duly filled and signed account closure form along with supporting documents to the nearest branch or follow the steps mentioned below:
