5 Years 1 Day to 10 Years ICICI Bank Corporate Fixed Deposit (FD) is rated as 'AAA' and is considered one of the safest investment options.

You can open a Corporate FD through Corporate Internet Banking (CIB), InstaBIZ or APIs. Alternatively, you can contact your Relationship Manager or visit any ICICI Bank Branch to start your FD investment journey.

Note:

  • FD interest rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The revised interest rates apply to new and renewed FDs.
  • FD interest payouts will be subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) as per Income Tax Laws.
  • The minimum tenure for domestic FDs is 7 days, and no interest is payable for deposits prematurely withdrawn within the period of 7 days from the date of deposit.
  • The minimum amount to open a Domestic FD is Rs. 10,000.
  • The rules apply as per the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines in addition to the regular FD rules T&C. In case of a conflict, these terms shall prevail.

Corporate Fixed Deposit Interest Rates (with premature withdrawal facility)

Interest rates for domestic FDs with premature withdrawal facility:

Note:

  • Interest will be paid for the time the deposit was with the bank.
  • No interest will be paid if the entire deposit amount is withdrawn within 7 days from the date of deposit for Domestic FDs.
  • A penalty of 0.5% applies for early withdrawal if less than 1 year and 1% if more than 1 year. (Less than Rs. 5 Crore)
  • A penalty of 0.5% applies for early withdrawal if less than 1 year, 1% between 1 year and 5 years, and 1.5% for 5 years and above. (More than or equal to Rs. 5 Crore)
  • The revised interest rates will be applicable for new and renewals of existing FDs.

Corporate Fixed Deposits Interest Rates (without premature withdrawal facility)

Note:

  • Minimum amount to book non-callable Fds (with premature withdrawal facility) is Rs 3Cr.
  • These FDs cannot be closed before their pre-determined tenure. The Bank may allow early closure only in special cases like regulatory directions or deceased claim settlements.
  • If early closure is allowed in these cases, no interest will be paid on the deposit. Any interest credited will be recovered from the deposit amount.
  • Credit facilities are not available for non-withdrawable deposits.
  • Interest rates and minimum deposit amounts can change without notice.
  • The auto-renewal facility is not available for these FDs.
  • The minimum term for traditional FDs is 3 months, and the maximum is 10 years.
  • The minimum term for cumulative FDs without premature withdrawal facility is 6 months, and the maximum is 10 years.
  • Contact your Relationship Manager or visit any Branch to open FD without premature withdrawal.

Premature withdrawal of Corporate Fixed Deposits

Fixed Deposit interest rate will be calculated at the rate applicable for the period for which the deposit was held with the Bank or the contracted rate of the deposit, whichever is lower, plus the applicable penalty as given below:
