2 Driving license (Handwritten or laminated) issued by regional transport authority
3 PANCard issued by Income Tax Dept/UTITSL/NSDL

5 Job card issued by NREGA duly signed by an officer of the State Government
6 Aadhaar letter card issued by Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI)
